OUR WINES
Our Philippine Plum (Duhat) Wine
Philippine Plum (Duhat) – is a type of fruit found in Indonesia , the Philippines and Malaysia . The fruit is green and as it ripens turns red to black, it is fleshy with single seed in the center.
Once processed to wine, the color is pale rosette and the flavor is slightly on the sweet side.
The product joined the 11th CONCOURS MONDIAL DE BRUXELLES last May 2004 and was awarded a 76.7% rating.
The stoneware bottle is color black to identify it among the other wines.
Our Philippine Wild Berry (Bignay) Wine
Philippine Wild Berry (Bignay) – is a wild plant that grows on the mountains and loves tropical climate. The fruit season is from July to early August and it is in bunch of single fruits as big as pepper corns. Each bunch contains about 30 to 40 small fruits and is color green, then red to black as it ripens. The taste of the fruit when ripe is sour sweet. When process in to wine, the color is close to deep red and is full of body and flavorful. Like Philipine Plum (duhat), It is believed that it cures various ailments from high blood pressure to diabetes. The bottle color is lavander to identify it from other fruit wines
Our Philippine Mango (Mangga) Wine
Mango (Mangga) - The Philippines is noted for the rich tasty mangoes, now we process it to wine. The color is very pale transparent yellow and very aromatic a distinct characteristics of the Philippine mango. The fruit season is February to Mays.
The stoneware bottle is yellow to compliment is fruit features.
Our Philippine Soursop (Guyabano) Wines
Soursop (Guyabano) - Also a native of Asia , when ripe the fruit is soury sweet. The color of the fruit is dark green and as it ripens it turns to yellow green. The color of the wine when process is very pale clear yellow and has a very a strong fruity aroma. The taste is on the sweet side but we may process it as a dry wine similar to other variants as specified by the buyers.
