Aldeia Ouro

Cachaca Aldeia Ouro (gold) is made by noble varieties of sugar cane. It is distilled in small copper stills and aged only in oak barrels, for 18 months.
This noble drink has a fancy look, with golden yellow colour and a clear bright. Its aroma shows the oak aging and some fruit. On mouth, it is persistent and smooth, giving harmony and pleasure.

Aldeia Prata

Cachaca Aldeia Prata (silver) is also made by noble varieties of sugar cane and distilled in small copper stills. Without aging, has a clear and very transparent visual, with intense “shine”. Its aroma is fresh and sweed, typical of a young sugar cane spirit. Has a good equilibrium between alcohol and its esters, with a tasty and pleasuring taste.

Cachaca Mestica

Cachaca Mestica is the original sugar cane spirit for caipirinha. The continuous-still distillation keeps the aroma and flavours of some varieties of sugar-cane, giving a softer body and intense sugar cane aroma.
