Espumante Brut

Made by the champenoise method, this Chardonnay/Pinot Noir sparkling wine, stays 18 months in contact with the yeasts. The result is a good-looking product, with intense, small and “lazy” bubbles. Has a very good aroma, showing toasted bread, butter and something that remembers wood. In mouth is smooth and soft, with a great presence, really filling the mouth.

 
 
 
 


Espumante Moscatel

An Asti-looking sparkling wine. Low alcohol, intense aroma and high sugar content. Has a greened color, with small and intense bubbles. A flowered aroma, showing specially jasmin. The taste is very equilibrated, with a good acidity and low alcohol. Really easy to be drinked.

 


 
 

 
 


Merlot - Safra 2005

Made only with grapes from Vale dos Vinhedos ( Vineyards Valley ), this Merlot has a clean and intense violet-red color that gives a very good aspect. The aroma is composed of red fruits, coffee and a bit of butter. In mouth the tannins are still a little aggressive, but even so, it is smooth and with a good body. The haindpaint job gives the look of an aged bottle.


 
 

 
 


Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon - Safra 2005

With a strong red color, this ‘05 Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the best Cordelier's wine ever produced. A very fuity aroma, with notes of guava, tobacco and other fruits, show the high quality of the wine. The strong taste, with good tannins and body are the best impressions of this great wine.

 


 
 

 
 

Reserva Chardonnay - Safra 2005

The 2005 vintage is very famous in Brazil because of the high quality wines. The Chardonnay was 2005's 1 st variety received by Cordelier. The result is a wine with a clean and soft yellow color and a typical brazilian Chardonnay aroma. Pineapple, green apple, banana and butter are some descriptions. In the mouth, a low-acidity and smooth body complete the tasting.

 

 

 

Reserva Merlot - Safra 2005

Intense colored, showing a strong and aging-possible wine. The aroma of red fruits, specially cherry, spices and coffee, is very intense and pleasant. The taste is intense, with smooth tannins and a very “round” body. A great wine that shows the style of Brazil 's best vintage ever.

 

 

 

 


Licoroso Rosado

Made with a selection of white aromatic grapes, such as Moscatos and Malvasias, this Vin de Liquer is a rare and different wine. Has a dark color, specially because its 2 years in oak barrels, a good and sweet aroma, with vanilla and caramel notes. Its taste is very sweet and smooth, matching perfectly with a good dessert.
